Lift Shafts
Standard liftshafts are designed to support loadings from lift cars and equipment during installation, operation and maintenance. Structural liftshafts can support loads imposed by the main structure of the building.
Liftpits can be manufactured using waterproof concrete mixes or coated in finishes that prevent the ingress of water.
Liftcaps can incorporate lifting accessories to suit lift car manufacturers requirements or lifting beams.
Inner core walls can be painted to aid with mechanical installation.
